And Karen doesn’t just respond to calls; she proactively initiates them, ensuring that Osterbind Law clients know what’s happening in their case on a regular basis. Sometimes, that means she just listens, offering an ear and, when needed, a shoulder to cry on.

Karen has had her share of life experiences that have prepared her to understand, as she puts it, the “heartache and frustration” of the predicament that injured clients find themselves in during their recovery. She knows what it’s like to struggle with medical bills, to suffer the loss or the loss of use of a body part, fight for quality long-term medical care, and lose loved ones to devastating illnesses.
