He cares about you as a person. His main focus is not on how much profits can be earned from the case. He wants to solve your problem. He spends his own possession for those who are suffering. Tons of people are dying from basic needs. Hungry, but cannot eat. Cold, but no clothes to wear. Worn out, but no time nor shelter to sleep in. Brandon’s heart is toward them. He is the ones who truly move this country. I am a foreign person. He listened to my voice. He cared for my accident just as his people. I could sense no discrimination from him. I trust Brandon. If anything similar were to happen again, I will find Brandon again.

I have known Mr. Osterbind for quite a few years now. He has proved to be a knowledgeable, compassionate, sensitive and trustworthy attorney. He also has a staff that works for him and with him.

Mr. Osterbind is wonderful. We needed his help on an issue that we were getting no where from a police point of view. He put us in contact with the right people and worked very hard for our family. The case included our young son of 12 and Mr. Osterbind was wonderful with him. After working with him before he testified in court the judge complemented our son on his manners and how well he presented himself. We know a big part of that was how Mr. Osterbind prepared our son and was so patient and helpful. He was able to get a great settlement for our son and help us end our nightmare. If we ever need his services again we will not think twice on who to call!!!

Brandon exceeded every expectation I had. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands what a personal injury can do to an individual’s life. He was always well prepared, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to see that I was pleased with his efforts. Once he agreed to represent me in my personal injury case, he handled everything relating to the case and i was able to focus on my family and everyday life with no worry. There is no one else that I would have rather had represent me than Brandon. Nobody knows what tomorrow holds, but if I ever happen to be unfortunate enough to be involved in another accident, I will seek representation from Brandon without hesitation.

Brandon offered excellent customer service and timely results. He made the scary experience of personal injury from a car accident a more tolerable event. He took care of all of the paperwork and insurance callers that were overwhelming us and he was able to provide our family more than we ever imagined. I can’t imagine not having the help and advocacy of Brandon and his team after losing my dad last year. My dad died as a result of injuries he sustained in a vehicle accident. He was not at fault. He was larger than life and he should be here today. Soon the calls for repayment of medical bills started coming. Everyone wanted money for repayment of anything you can imagine. There was no money. It was a living nightmare. Having Brandon Osterbind take care of every single legal and financial responsibility helped me be able to focus on being able to be there for my daughter and move on. Amazing Support

Brandon helped guide my husband and me through complex legal proceedings after a wreck involving a tractor trailer. He explained upfront what to expect and kept us involved and informed every step of the way. We were impressed with his ability to concisely lay out the facts and keep the jury focused on those facts and how they pertained to our case. Professional and compassionate
