Our promise to you is that while your attorneys are working on your case, we will not check or answer emails, take phone calls, read faxes, or surf social media (unless we are surfing for your case).
When we are working on your case, we will be completely focused on the task in front of us. Because of this promise, our attorneys do not take unscheduled inbound phone calls. It makes us much more productive and helps get your case resolved faster.
At Osterbind Law, PLLC, we are committed to providing our clients with excellent service and representation. We understand that clear and consistent communication is essential to building trust and achieving the best possible outcomes for your case.
Our Approach to Communication
- Scheduled Appointments: To ensure we can dedicate our full attention to your needs and provide the most effective legal advice, we encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance. This allows us to research your case thoroughly and prepare for our discussions. You can always call the office at 434-515-2807 and schedule an in-person or phone appointment. That is a lot better than playing “phone tag.”
- Prompt Responses: We will make every effort to respond to your inquiries within 24 business hours. For urgent matters, please call our office and leave a message for a paralegal or attorney to return your call as soon as possible.
- Dedicated Client Portal: We will provide you with secure access to a client portal, where you can view important documents related to your case, track progress, and send messages to our team. While an email or message is “quick,” written communication channels are checked no more than twice a day and replies are then responses are scheduled into the calendar.
