Culture is extremely important at Osterbind Law, PLLC. We spend so much time together that we insist on certain norms that permit us to work closely together to solve hard problems for our clients.
There are 168 hours in every week. If you account for 8 hours of sleep every night, there are 112 waking hours in the week; that is 16 hours a day. A little over half of those waking hours, you’ll spend with co-workers.
Not only do we value our clients and their life experiences, but we also value our team members.
We want to work with people that we can go to battle with. We are looking for people who, when in the trenches, are able to lift us up instead of pull us down. The high caliber human beings we are looking for exist, but they are rare.
But if we are going to invest this much time in our work for our clients, we have to be able to enjoy and trust the people we are working with.
So now you understand why our culture is so important to us.
To us, work matters and life matters. We do not compartmentalize those areas of life.
