Kelly Osterbind is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled complex legal cases.
Kelly grew up in Cumberland, Maryland, and first came to Virginia in the Fall of 2000 to attend college at Liberty University. While a student at Liberty, Kelly majored in Social Science with Teacher licensure while maintaining her status as a member of the Honor’s Program. She received many academic awards including the Student Teacher of the Year Award from the Liberty Department of Education. After graduation, Kelly decided to attend law school at Liberty University School of Law. She enjoyed her studies and spent countless hours working in legal internships.
After graduating from Liberty University School of Law in 2007, Kelly served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Bedford County and Lynchburg City. She prosecuted everything from traffic infractions to serious violent felonies. Her daily experience in the courtroom has been invaluable and is a great asset to our practice. Kelly also serves as adjunct faculty for the Liberty University Helms School of Government and Liberty University School of Law where she educates students on the legal system and on best practices in legal research and writing.
Kelly has a passion for law and education. She loves to use her teaching abilities to help inform and educate clients on their rights and responsibilities in their cases and to effectively communicate and advocate for her clients. Kelly has the day-to-day legal experience necessary to navigate you through any challenges you may face during your case.
