As Operations Manager, Joe oversees many of the business functions that keep Osterbind Law operating efficiently. He manages the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting, while helping maintain long-term financial health through systems like Profit First and litigation funding management.
Beyond finance, Joe leads the firm’s operational infrastructure by developing internal systems, documenting standard operating procedures, improving workflows, and implementing technology that supports every department. He also oversees hiring and onboarding, supports administrative staff, and works alongside the leadership team through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to establish goals, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
