What You’ll Be Doing
This role is heavily communication-focused and relationship-driven. A large portion of the workday involves talking with potential clients by phone, while also managing communication through email, text, chat, and online lead sources.
Leads come into the firm through multiple channels, including website forms, Google Local Services Ads, organic phone calls, referral partners, online directories, social media campaigns, live chat, and other digital marketing efforts.
Lead Communication & Client Experience
- Responding quickly to new leads
- Conducting intake consultations over the phone and occasionally in person
- Listening carefully to understand each person’s situation
- Explaining how our firm may be able to help
- Providing a premier client experience from the very first interaction
- Following up consistently so leads never feel ignored or forgotten
Sales & Case Conversion
- Evaluating whether leads are qualified within our practice areas
- Guiding potential clients through the decision-making process
- Competing professionally with other law firms for qualified cases
- Explaining contingency fee agreements and the value of legal representation
- Drafting and sending contracts to retain clients
- Reviewing agreements with clients before signing so there are no surprises
- Completing initial onboarding checklist for clients
Pipeline, Review & Process Management
- Maintaining and organizing the intake pipeline
- Reviewing incoming information and documentation
- Managing follow-ups based on priority and urgency
- Collecting and documenting CRM data accurately
- Keeping intake files organized and updated
- Working inside MyCase and other cloud-based systems
- Assisting with administrative and operational tasks connected to intake
- Communicating clearly with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth case transitions
Reputation & Team Collaboration
- Requesting Google Reviews and helping strengthen the firm’s online reputation
- Communicating internally with professionalism and clarity
- Tracking intake performance metrics and participating in team reviews
- Maintaining relationships with referral partners and other law firms
- Doing whatever it takes to help the team succeed

Qualifications
Sales experience is strongly preferred. Additional experience that may be helpful includes:
- Personal injury law
- Insurance familiarity
- Customer service
- Intake coordination
- Legal support
- Other relationship-based sales roles
Strong candidates will also have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reading and writing comprehension
- Critical thinking ability
- Comfort with technology and cloud-based systems
- Organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
Experience with Apple products, CRM systems, or MyCase is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
